So long and thanks for all the fish!

It is with a heavy heart that your humble Admin bids you all goodbye.

I have enjoyed my three years at Corbin Fisher, but the time has come for me to move onto some projects of my own.  Corbin has been nothing but supportive of me and this blog, and I can’t thank him, Pete, Cameron the photographer, Ashley, Connor, Dawson and all the rest of the staff and models for three amazing years.

And to the regular contributors here: Luis, Lisa, Joe, Jason, Jose, shsbgeek, Cassiday, Dave, Cam, Derek, David, Kevin  - and many others – you have all made my days a little brighter by participating in our humble blog. Thank you so much and I wish nothing but the best for all of you.

I didn’t do all I wanted or promised to, and no excuses. Things happen. I tried to make this a fun corollary to Corbin Fisher, the in-house side of things that I get to see that made my job and my life so fun.

Why leave? I’m a writer (you knew that was me writing all that text on the main site, right?) and I have my own projects to do. I got so wrapped up in CF, I was never able to leave it at the office. I loved the guys, my coworkers and working in porn in general.

Life is short, and as I told Corbin, I need the kick in the ass of being on my own to get my new book and play done. So, I’m taking the leap of faith. I’m saying goodbye.

Ashley has already expressed a desire to keep Corbin’s Campus running, as have a few other models, and from them, you’d get a perspective from in front of the camera and not just from me.

As when I wrote about Sean, I’m getting a little misty. This has truly been a labor of love – so happy trails everyone and I leave you with one final quote from Doctor Who:

“Everything’s got to end sometime; otherwise, nothing would ever get started.”

Can I get an “amen” up in here?
